Billionaire Joshua Kushner $22.6 million mortgage on his new home
Joshua has shifted to the new Puck Building with his supermodel wife and newborn son.
Billionaire venture capitalist Joshua Kushner moved into the Puck Building, which is a historic red-brick located in the Nolita neighborhood. The building is owned by Kushner Companies realty group. At the upper end, the penthouse was listed for $43 million, though Josh closed the deal by paying $35 million, according to property records.
This billionaire has never played an active role at Kushner Companies, control of which passed to Jared after their father Charles went to prison in 2005 for illegal campaign contributions, tax evasion and witness tampering. However, it’s likely he has received, or is in line to receive, a portion of his family’s real estate portfolio.
